Here's how to do the bosu ball standing row:
Stand up on a bosu ball, holding a barbell or free weights in front of you. Bend your knees slightly and try to keep your back as straight as possible.
Lift the bar towards your abdomen, squeezing your back muscles together for one rep. Return the bar to the low position and continue this motion until your set is complete.
Modifications:
To make this easier, do the same motion standing on the floor instead of the bosu ball. As always, using heaving weight will increase the difficulty of this move.
